The scenic spot is located on the crab mountain in the north of Napo County, Baise City, covering an area of 104700 square meters. It was built in February and March 1979 to bury the martyrs who died in the self-defense fight against Vietnam. After three times of renovation and re planning in 1990, 1998 and 2008, the park now has a 17.5-meter high martyr monument, two 4-meter-high gray and white granite statues of PLA soldiers, a 520.7-square-meter exhibition hall, two 6-meter-high-12-meter-wide mausoleum gates, as well as a number of rest corridors, pavilions and other infrastructure.
